Request a tag

A tag answers the question you cannot.

A bracelet, necklace, shoe tag or wallet card that tells a stranger or a paramedic what is happening and who to call, at the moment you cannot tell them yourself.

Each tag carries an NFC chip, and a printed QR code if you want one. Both point at your own emergency page — so whoever finds you sees your seizure type, your medication and who to call, without needing to sign in to anything.

You will need an account first

Not to make things difficult — it is what the tag actually points at. An account is where your emergency information lives, and it is how we know who to reply to and which link to write onto your tag. It also means we never have to ask you for your name and email a second time.

  1. Create an account

    A username, an email address and a password. Nothing else.

  2. Write down your information

    Seizure types, triggers, medication, who to call. Every field is optional and you can change it whenever you like.

  3. Order your tag

    The request form is on your own record page. All it asks for is where to post it.
